Santa Cruz Medicinals was relying almost entirely on the founder's personal TikTok account to promote the brand. While the content performed well, there was a huge library of valuable long-form footage and unused content that wasn't reaching its full potential.
We built a dedicated clipping campaign that transformed this unused content into high-performing short-form videos, distributing them across a network of creator and fan pages. This allowed the brand to reach entirely new audiences without relying solely on the founder's personal account.
